Two States--One State of Mind
The Penn Ohio Watershed Association was formed in 1994 to address concerns regarding the health of the watershed.
The mission of the Penn Ohio Watershed Association is to foster the protection and restoration of the Pymatuning/Shenango Watershed through grassroots conservation efforts and voluntary cooperation with the entiree watershed community.
Some of what we do: education, water quality monitoring, litter cleanups, riparian plantings
Some Events: Pymatuning Waterfowl Expo/Clean Waters Festival, Pymatuning Creek Canoe Trip, Harvest Festival at Munnell Run Farm, local fairs, Annual Pymatuning Lake Cleanup Day
Meetings are typically held the last Wednesday of the month at the Ranger Station in Jamestown, PA. For more information or to confirm a meeting date and time, please contact Amy Reeher.
