Mission: The mission of the Olentangy Watershed Alliance (OWA) is to work in partnership with farming, urban and other local communities to understand, appreciate and responsibly use the Olentangy River, its tributaries and watershed. OWA is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization. We formed in April of 1999.
