This website focuses on community-based watershed management.   1. 2016 Ohio Watershed Academy registration now open

    The Ohio Watershed Academy (OWA) is a professional development course offered by Ohio State University Extension. The purpose of OWA is to build the capacity of current and future watershed group leaders in Ohio to facilitate and participate effectively in collaborative watershed management initiatives. Anyone with an interest in collaborative watersehed management can participate in the program.

  3. Ohio Watershed Leaders Conference 2016 registration now open

    The Ohio Watershed Leaders Conference will be held September 8-9 in Loveland, Ohio. The format will remain similar to recent Ohio Watershed Leaders Conferences. On Day 1 Participants will tour watershed restoration projects via charter bus. Tours are lead by local watershed leaders/partners. Day 2 will consist of several concurrent sessions presented by watershed coordinators, non-profit conservation orgs., state and federal agencies and university staff & faculty.
