Profile:
CAP is a water quality effort aimed at improving the water quality of Lake Erie. The attempt is to increase the number of acres of conservation tillage on the farms in seven counties bordering or draining into the Maumee River. The CAP program is planned and conducted by a Board of Trustees make up of a agricultural dealer, one agency person and one farmer from each of the seven counties in CAP.
