The watershed is 770 square miles of land in Allen, Hardin, Hancock Putnam, Seneca and Wyandot Counties that drain into the Blanchard River. The Blanchard River Watershed Partnership stakeholders include interested citizens, local governments, regional and state agencies, conservation groups, industry representatives and public interest groups
